Hints and tips to ease the planning process

We can help you plan your time indoors, so you can make the most of your time outdoors on the world's largest sand island.

Accommodation

No matter the size of your group, we'll assist you in booking accommodation, generating rooming lists and streamlining the check-in and transfer process. Delegates will be able to stay in hotel rooms set amongst the sand dunes, while enjoying the native bush and wallum views from their private balconies. Or ask us about our villa and housing options for a more self-contained setting.

Activity Planner

Our team live and breathe K’gari - using a wealth of local knowledge to help you plan a full itinerary of activities around your meeting agenda. If your time is limited an interactive bush tucker tasting might be on your eco-agenda or for those with a bit of extra time up their sleeves - how about an eco-marine cruise along the remote west coast or some off-road exploring in a 4WD coach.

Registration

Our team have created registration process for larger groups - make sure you let us know your group size. For smaller groups, we'll make your group check in as seamless as possible.
